"I spoke with Jessica today at Steven Wang's office. She immediately reviewed my upcoming homeowner's policy and confirmed that it was already set up on auto pay. She explained the earthquake policy could not auto pay but that she could pay it via my Amex card immediately. And both with a smile in her voice and great attitude! She also asked me if she could provide an auto policy review. I will do so at a later time. Totally 5-Star worthy!"

"I needed a motorcycle policy and Jessica was very helpful in getting the policy started. I called for a quote a couple of weeks beforehand and Jackie gave me the initial quote. When I was ready to start the policy Jessica efficiently retrieved the initial quote and completed the remaining details in a few minutes. She emailed me the temporary ID card and insurance binder and I was good to go. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and friendly service. The insurance quote was very competitive also."
